Our diet and lifestyle analysis session is the starting point for bringing about great changes to your health. This package includes a preliminary digital questionnaire which you complete and return to us for analysis. Then in our 90 minute session we discuss the results and set action steps to help you reach your health goals, including meal ideas, recipes and timesaving kitchen tips. Perfect for the motivated client who wants to be pointed in the right direction.
The basic package as above plus a detailed nutritional analysis of your 3 day food diary using Nutritics software. This shows a detailed breakdown of the micronutrients in your diet and we can prescribe nutritional supplementation and balanced meals to address any deficiencies. Nutritional imbalances can lead to a host of health conditions so this package is suited to discovering the root cause of symptoms.
This weekly service offers all the above packages plus coaching support (email/text) over the course of one week. We set daily action steps to help you reach your overall health goals. You receive a printed personalised wellness plan with shopping list, meal ideas, recipes, diet and lifestyle tips to set you on the road to better health. This focused 1:1 support suits the client who may need extra motivation implementing changes.
