My Books

In 2023 I published two books I wrote during the pandemic:

How To Relax (when you have too much to do)

and

How to Sleep (when it doesn’t come easily)

These resources were inspired by my extensive work in both corporate environments since 2016 and with private clients. Given that stress and sleep issues remain the primary reasons people seek my guidance, I have distilled many of my most popular webinar topics and coaching experience into a book format. Each book is structured into concise, easy-to-read chapters, allowing readers to quickly access the information they need.

Spanning Your 24-Hour Day:

How to Rest offers simple, actionable relaxation techniques designed to prevent stress from building up, whether you’re working in an office, from home, or managing the demands of a young family.

How to Sleep addresses common sleep challenges, offering practical solutions through lifestyle and nutritional changes to improve your evening and night.

Both books complement each other but can also be used independently. They provide practical advice, mindfulness techniques, and lifestyle and nutrition strategies to help you make the most of your days.

Enjoy!

Autism / ADHD information

Here are some recommended talks, books, and content creators for those wanting to learn more about neurodivergence in themselves or their children. There’s a wealth of free information online, and I personally learned more post-diagnosis than during my own diagnostic process. (Note: These are not affiliate links; I receive no compensation. If you’d like to support my work, you can purchase my books or digital products here)

Some of the language has changed i.e. Asperger’s is no longer a term much used by the Autistic community, but the content is still relevant.
